About the event
Join us Wednesday, June 11 from 5:30pm-9pm and spend the evening with your daughter learning teenFEMM through interactive sessions! You’ll both learn practical tools like how to chart cycles and understand female hormones, along with helpful nutrition and exercise tips to navigate this unique time in her life and beyond! Empower your daughter to become an informed advocate for her mental, physical and spiritual health.
$29 per person; $52 mother/daughter combo; $60 family rate (i.e. a mother and two or more daughters or a Mother/Daughter plus a friend etc). Price includes: pizza dinner, all materials and gift bag!
