If a refunded is requested, we will be happy to accept as long as it has not been used or taken out of the package and is submitted within 15 days of recieving. It is up to the buyer to cover the costs to mail back. Once we have recieved the item we will contact you on when to expect your refund. 

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days from when the order is recieved. You will be notified when your order has shipped and when to expect delivery.
